2026 Covenant Documents
Dear Homeowners, White Columns HOA is proposing an update to our community covenants.
Our current covenants were adopted in 2016 and need to be revised to reflect changes in Georgia law, including Senate Bill 406, the Georgia Property Owners’ Bill of Rights Act, as well as feedback received from White Columns homeowners.
The proposed revisions address several areas, including:
Compliance with current Georgia HOA laws and regulations
Fence requirements and height standards

Roofing materials
Backyard sheds and accessory structures
Antennas and solar panels
Vehicle parking
